We are currently seeking the right motivated candidate to fill a Powder Coating Helper Position in North Austin

Monday – Friday 6:00am – 3:00pm some OT may be available

Temp to Perm Position

Pay $11.00 to $12.00 per hour DOE

Qualifications:

6 months to a year Powder Coating/painting experience preferred but not required

Metal fabrication experience a plus

Organized, multi-tasking, prompt, and communicates and works well with others.

Duties & responsibilities:

Determine best practice hanging methods to maximize powder/paint quality and load density

Manage Hooks, Racks, and Load Bars for burn off life cycles

Perform post quality inspection processes for powder parts

Develop and post standard work procedures for these processes

Ensure work produced in the powder room meets established quality standards

Help Powder Coating technician with any duties he/she may need.
