Job Title: Chief Revenue Officer

This role is the leader of our dynamic, high-performing B2B enterprise software sales organization. You’re an enterprising, competitive, assertive take charge person who likes a fast-paced environment that allows for direct impact in determining your success.

We are a fast-growing startup with big ambitions. We are a leader in virtual events software and are growing very quickly. Your mission will be to take our high-performing sales organization and evolve it to the next level(s).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Chief Revenue Officer is responsible for our worldwide sales organization. This includes all of our sales efforts:

  • Own the entire global revenue strategy including defining buyer personas, segmentation, and processes

  • Supervise and manage all functions of the sales organization including sales ops, outside and inside sales, evangelists, pre-sales support and partnerships

  • Be part of defining and then delivering on revenue targets

  • Contribute to the corporate strategy as a key member of the executive leadership team

  • Assist the team in reaching revenue targets by high-level problem solving, optimizations, and sometimes just getting your hands dirty to help close a big deal

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Senior-level track-record running high velocity sales organization, specifically in B2B Enterprise SaaS

  • Proven ability to generate revenue, exceed quota, and renew software subscriptions

  • Excellent leadership, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
