Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
This is a temp position lasting about 2-3 months.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Management:
- Enter employee data (personal, employment, and payroll) into HR databases and HRIS systems.
- Update and maintain employee records, including changes in employment status, position, and compensation.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal regulations.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of data entry, identifying and correcting discrepancies.

General HR Support:
- Provide administrative support to HR managers and teams.
- Prepare reports as required for HR-related activities, such as headcount, leave balances, and other HR metrics.
- Respond to basic HR-related inquiries from employees, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.

Compliance and Recordkeeping:
- Ensure HR data complies with legal and organizational policies, keeping records up to date.
- Maintain accurate, organized records and reports to comply with government regulations (e.g., labor laws, health and safety).
