HR Assistant Opening, New Braunfels, TX

We are now hiring for an HR Assistant for a company in New Braunfels, TX. Please submit your resume to this posting and call our office at 830-629-2525. 

Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

This is a temp position lasting about 2-3 months. 

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data Entry and Management:
    • Enter employee data (personal, employment, and payroll) into HR databases and HRIS systems.
    • Update and maintain employee records, including changes in employment status, position, and compensation.
    • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal regulations.
    • Monitor and ensure the quality of data entry, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
  2. General HR Support:
    • Provide administrative support to HR managers and teams.
    • Prepare reports as required for HR-related activities, such as headcount, leave balances, and other HR metrics.
    • Respond to basic HR-related inquiries from employees, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
  3. Compliance and Recordkeeping:
    • Ensure HR data complies with legal and organizational policies, keeping records up to date.
    • Maintain accurate, organized records and reports to comply with government regulations (e.g., labor laws, health and safety).
