Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our team on 2nd shift. This hands-on role is crucial in ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and calibrate machinery for production.
- Operate machinery following safety and operational procedures.
- Perform routine minor maintenance and ensure equipment safety.
- Supply raw materials to machines and monitor output for quality assurance.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Train and mentor junior machine operators as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in a machine operator role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
