• Operate production machinery and manage product packaging efficiently.
• Ensure products are accurately labeled and maintain quality throughout the packaging process.
• Meet company production standards and output requirements.
• Accurately complete production forms in a timely manner.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications outlined in work orders.
• Load paper and other materials onto machines as needed for production.
• Keep work areas clean and organized in compliance with departmental standards.
• Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

• Strong attendance record and commitment to safety.
• Basic math skills, along with the ability to read, write, understand, and follow instructions in English.
• Capable of performing manual tasks and multitasking effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are an advantage.
