Job Title: Printing Machine Operator
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Printing Machine Operator to oversee the efficient operation of printing equipment. This role involves managing machine adjustments, installing necessary parts and supplies, testing materials for quality, and maintaining top-tier production standards. If you have expertise in printing machinery, strong technical abilities, and a passion for precision, we’d love to have you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Job Order Review: Analyze job specifications and adjust machinery to meet production requirements.
- Equipment Setup: Install and align ink rollers, screens, printing plates, and stencils as needed.
- Material Testing: Evaluate inks and materials for quality, compatibility, and performance, making adjustments when necessary.
- Process Monitoring: Supervise the printing process to ensure specifications and deadlines are met.
- Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance to ensure machines operate efficiently.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain high productivity.
- Workspace Cleanliness: Ensure the printing press and surrounding areas are clean and well-maintained.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Printing Machine Operator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of printing processes and equipment operation.
- Ability to read and interpret job orders, technical diagrams, and blueprints.
- Exceptional mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and repair tasks.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy machinery and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Shift:
- Monday – Thursday
- 5 am – 3:30 pm
Pay:
- $15/hr
