Immediately hiring a Shop Worker for a large manufacturing company on the northeast side. Pay is $16/hr. Shift starts at 7am.
Requirements:
- Prepares material and line in accordance with specifications.
- Manufacturing products for various industries
- Auto, Medical, Industrial/Electrical, Robotics, Food & Beverage, Aerospace, Construction, Detention Centers, Hunting, Farming, and Commercial
- Ensures all products meet customer specifications.
- Thread the line, verify material dimensions, and adjust speed and tension to produce a quality product.
- Previous manufacturing and machine operating experience.
- Ability to use measuring tape.
- Must be able to follow instructions and schematics.
- Machine/production experience required.
- Shop fabrication and metal experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take direction.
- Repetitive movement while operating machines, standing the entire shift, bending, stooping.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Seeking at least 2 years previous experience in shop fabrication and metal working
