VIP Staffing, responding to Dallas market demand and company growth, recently announced the opening of a second location in the Dallas area. This new location, at 1801 N. Hampton Road, Suite 140 in DeSoto, Texas, resulted from the significant manufacturing and skilled trade growth in the South Dallas area. The DeSoto location is staffed by a branch manager responsible for sales, as well as a full-time recruiter.
According to the Dallas Regional Chamber, the DFW area has more manufacturing activity than any other Texas metropolitan area, cornering nearly 30 percent of the state’s employment in the sector. Additionally, manufacturing is the second-largest sector in the area comprising 16.1% of local economic activity. The VIP Staffing DeSoto location will partner local customers with hard-working, dedicated employees to maximize growth during this boom.
“As the manufacturing industry has grown, VIP Staffing observed the need to better service our customers in and around this location. Our two other DFW offices in Fort Worth and North Dallas were not convenient to our customers or candidates in South Dallas, and we quickly committed to alleviating this obstacle,” said Andrew Himoff, executive vice president of VIP Staffing.
This DeSoto location primarily focuses on the manufacturing and light industrial divisions, but also has the ability to service the tech, clerical and professional needs of our customers. The expansion of VIP DeSoto marks the 14th location for the company.
