VIP Staffing is excited to announce the launch of VIP Tech Consultants (VIP Tech), the newest division of VIP Staffing which will provide IT resources to customers across Texas and New Mexico. This new division is a result of tremendous growth of the technology industry in South Texas, as well as an increase of inbound requests to fill technology-related positions from the current customer base. VIP Tech’s goal is to deliver and develop valuable partnerships for customers, built on a foundation of more than 30 years of best practices, combined with a strong recruiting technical acumen.

Leading VIP Tech is seasoned IT staffing professional, Michael Martinez. In addition to managing VIP Tech’s sales efforts, Martinez is responsible for identifying, recruiting and placing IT professionals in an array of positions. These roles range from developers and business analysts to cybersecurity, business intelligence and technical support. Before joining VIP Staffing, Martinez managed IT staffing efforts for a national IT consulting firm, overseeing high profile accounts with midsize to enterprise level corporations in the financial, technology, retail, insurance, oil & gas and healthcare industries. His successful track record and passion for helping clients and candidates has earned him multiple awards for exceeding profit objectives and securing key accounts.
