I’m grateful to VIP Staffing for giving me a chance. I really needed a job and felt I was being ignored or rejected by other places. Things turned around for me when I contacted VIP Staffing, and I was given a job that was a good fit with my experience. After a short amount of time there was an issue with a permanent employee at my worksite, but VIP stepped up to help me with the situation and I felt a confidence boost in the agency that I was being taken care of and looked after. It changed my perspective on how I see myself and my employer. Now I want to work hard to make myself better and perform well for my employer, but also to set a good example for VIP Staffing because they took care of me.
